Summary: Better neighborhood than I expected. Lots to do around, easy access to public transit (don't be afraid of the bus! It's nice!) comfortable beds and a great physical setup for two couples visiting. Highly recommend.

Summary: Communication with Tom was excellent prior to our arrival. I had asked if an early check-in was possible just by an hour and he was so obliging, but also took into consideration the person that was cleaning the house. After checking with them, he said it should be no problem. The house is very clean and well laid out. The beds were very comfortable. We used the washer and dryer and both were in great shape. The coffee was delicious. The local area has a lot of food options and the subway system is a short walk. Walking back from the subway station at night we never felt concerned for our safety. Would definitely stay here again.

Summary: I was at a conference in Seaport and my husband and I found the location and comfort of this place was excellent. It had everything we needed and was very clean. I felt safe walking back at night. It’s on the first floor of a small building and we did hear some footsteps above but just one or twice over the 3 days we were there. My only complaint was the 3000 charge taken as a damage deposit. This seems excessive and it isn’t clear if this is VRBO or from the owner-

Summary: This property was just as good as the listing suggests: it’s located close to restaurants and a T stop on a quiet street, there’s ample room for two adults and two kids, the furnishings are comfortable, and the place was spotless (even the basement laundry area!).
